We are looking for an IT Recruiter with at least five years of experience with US-based clients and IT consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen potential candidates from internal databases, portals, and networking.
- Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-ups related information.
- Advertise job openings on different careers pages, social media, and job boards.
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Build warm and strong relationships during the candidate selection process.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
